Т.к. на мг нет хелперов, мутить должны модераторы, конечно, есть слова исключения, они воооот тут - https://forum.vimeworld.ru/topic/18-обязанности-хелпера-update-29032017/?fromsearch=1. Слова "Сосите" там нет, а это уже нарушение.
