Попробуй переустановить. Должно помочь.
Если не помогло, то проверь папку: "\AppData\Roaming\.vimeworld\.data\html". У тебя есть там папки: "css, fonts, img, js"?
В папке "html" попробуй открыть файл "index.html". Тебя перебросит в браузер. Что видишь? В браузере лаунчер нормально отображается?
