Попробуй удалить папку .vimeworld в 

C:/Users/{Название пользователя}/AppData/Roaming

И перекачать заново клиент.

Зайди в "Мой компьютер" потом кликни левой кнопкой мыши и зайди в "Свойства" "Дополнительные параметры системы" "Перемены среды" и  снизу "Создать" Потом пишешь в "Имя переменной" _JAVA_OPTIONS_ (С капсом), а в "Значение переменной" пишешь "-Xmx512M" и всё
