репорт чат может кинуть любой игрок

Это чуть-чуть не так работает. На тебя кинули репорт за нарушение, после чего хелпер/модератор может зайти и посмотреть этот репорт. Если там есть нарушение, тебя замутят, если нет, то мута не будет. Впредь нужно быть аккуратней со словами, что бы не получать таких наказаний. Хорошей игры!
